Having worked in financial services for over twenty years, my greatest reward has been helping people realise their dream by enabling them to buy their property with a suitable, affordable mortgage. I can clearly remember how I felt when I bought my first home 40 years ago.
Now a proud grandmother, I have seen many changes in the mortgage market over the years and the need for adequate protection is crucial for peace of mind when buying a home. After all it is likely to be the greatest financial commitment most people will make.
As a mortgage and protection consultant, I hope to complement this already successful team with my knowledge and experience.

Having starting his career in the financial sector working for a National Bank in Milton Keynes and passing his CeMAP qualification in 2001, Kevin went on to become a mortgage broker back in 2003. Kevin is proud to focus his business in the Milton Keynes and surrounding areas having lived here since birth and seeing this unique city grow from strength to strength. Kevin is happily married with two young children and enjoys activities in his past time such as snowboarding, football and golf.
Senior Sales Progressor
Ann Sutton joined Moving Me in 2015 and took on the role of head of sales progression within our team. Ann has previously had a very varied work career including proof reading and publishing roles. Since joining Moving Me Ann has revolutionised our sales progression process and systems. Ann’s team ensure a smooth transaction on our property sales from offer through to completion.
Jim O’Brien joined Moving Me in 2012 as a property lister. Jim moved to Milton Keynes as a 10 year old in 1977 when his mother took up a role with Milton Keynes development corporation. Having lived and worked in Milton Keynes for over 30 years he has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the local property market. In our opinion Jim is one of the best appraisers currently working in Milton Keynes.
Paige Cormie joined Moving Me in 2016 on our estate agency apprenticeship programme. Paige is born and bred in Milton Keynes and currently lives in Tattenhoe. After passing her A levels with flying colours, she joined the Moving Me team and has already proved to be a real asset to the team and has a bright future ahead of her in our industry.
Andrew joined the team on the estate agency side in May 2015 from his previous role as a Sales Manager of another local Independent Estate Agency. Andrew prides himself on his excellent customer service and excellent knowledge of Milton Keynes. He is incredibly well networked locally having grown up in Milton Keynes & is passionate about the local area & what it has to offer anybody wanting to live here. Andrew is married & has two young daughters, he is also a season ticket holder at MK Dons attending home games along with his wife’s uncle, Nephew & sister in law.
Amanda is our lettings manager. Having built her own successful property portfolio and managed these properties herself, she has developed a fantastic knowledge of all facets of property management. The success of this project has led her to branch out into managing other people’s properties and becoming part of the Moving me brand. Her vast experience, professional attitude and personable approach are key factors to her success.
She is able to provide a fantastic service to landlords using a bespoke package to suit every need and also a personable and firm but fair approach to tenants.
Amanda really loves her job and will do her up most to make your property journey a success.
Senior Mortgage Progressor
Linda Waddell joined Right Advice as a Senior Sales Progressor in 2015 and is invaluable to our mortgage team.
A large part of her working day is spent liaising with lenders, solicitors and our clients ensuring that at every stage from application to offer production – everything runs smoothly.
She is highly conscientious and bubbly and is highly regarded by staff and clients alike.
Carly Mahoney joined Right Advice in 2015 and is a popular member of the team. Carly lives locally with her partner and two children. As a working mum she has excellent multi-tasking skills and is very tenacious making her ideal for her role
